The female emperor once declared her point of view on the problem of marriage. She reasons that in the past, the emperor always had at least 5 concubines and the average number is 15. For that reason, she is going to have at least 5 concubines too. As long as she thinks they're good, they'll be sent to the harem, and her favorite one can attain the chance to be her male empress.
